FOUND SHOT

♦ SON OF NOTED BILLIARDS PLAYER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, December 21. ■ Shortly after eight o’clock tonight, Boyre Clark McConachy, aged 20, a labourer, the eldest son of Mr Clark McConachy, Mount Eden, was found shot on a bed with a pea rifle beside him. Mr McConachy, senr, is the wellknown New Zealand billiards player. After tea Boyre McConachy, his brother, and their father, went on to the back lawn to practice archery, of which they were all fond. The elder son went back 'to the house, and not long afterward his younger brother founcj him on the bed with a bullet wound below the heart. The rifle was one usually kept in a wardrobe.
