AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS IN BELGIUM. INTERNATIONAL SITUATION DETERIORATING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) BRUSSELS, December 22. Seeking an emergency procedure in the Senate for a Bill dealing with air raid precautions, the Minister of Defence (Lieut-General Denis) said: ’‘The reason for the request is that the international situation is evolving more and more in a direction hardly favourable to Belgium.” The Bill was adopted by 105 votes to 3.
