CONSIDERATION OBGERMAN PLAN FINANCIAL EXPERTS MEET IN LONDON. BASIS FOR DISCUSSION FOUND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, December 21. Financial experts representing Britain, France, the United States of America and Holland on the Intergovernmental Refugee Committee met today to consider Dr Schacht’s scheme for evacuation Jewish refugees from Germany. The meeting decided to obtain the views of the other Evian powers, after which Mr Rublee, the chairman of the Inter-governmental Committee, will visit Berlin early in the new year to confer with the German Government. Experts found drawbacks in the scheme but expressed the opinion that it formed a basis for discussion. POLES FOR PALESTINE. REPORTED BRITISH CONSENT. WARSAW, December 21. Danzig’s 4000 Jews announce that they will emigrate to Palestine early in January. They will leave in four vessels. Whether they have received permission to enter Palestine is not announced, but it is stated that Britain is agreeable to relax the quota.
