VICTIM FOUND IN SUMP. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. December 21. Raymond Arthur Charles Richards, aged 21 months, whose parents, Mr and Mrs Charles Richards, live at Wakefield Avenue, Sumner, was found drowned'at his home about 1 p.m. today. The discovery was made by his mother, who found the child lying with its head in a sump outside the kitchen. Dr R. F. Bakewell, Sumner, was called in, but nothing could be done to save the child. An inquest will be held.
