BROKEN GLASS
RESPONSIBILITY ON MOTOR DRIVERS. Little or no mention has been made in recent publicity regarding the Road Safety Campaign of the liability that rests on drivers involved in motor accidents of clearing the highway of broken glass and other materials. Within the last day or so in Masterton. broken glass has been seen in no fewer tjian five streets. Today there is a fairly large patch at the busy junction of I Queen Street and Te Ore Ore Road.
