CROSSING SMASH

PROGRESS OF INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ December 19. It was reported by the hospital authorities today that Mrs Alice Hodge and her two-year-old son Edwin, who were injured about three weeks ago in a railway crossing smash at Shannon, have been discharged. Mr Arthur John Hodge, husband of Mrs Hodge, and Miss Bertha Hodge are reported to be improving, but the condition of Dorothy Hodge, aged six, remains serious. They are a well-known Moutoa family.
