MR JUSTICE OSTLER

RETURN FROM HEALTH TOUR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, December 19. Having spent the past six months in Australia on a health recruiting tour, Mr Justice Ostler returned to Auckland by the Awatea from Sydney, with Mrs Ostler, today. After staying in Auckland till after Christmas, they will continue to Wellington, where Mr Justice Ostler expects to resume his duties in the New Year. Their tour of Australia embraced most of Queensland. After spending about 10 weeks at a holiday resort inside the Great Barrier Reef, they went on to Cairns, and later went inland to the high tableland behind Cairns. Other places visited • included Townsville, Rockhampton and Darling Downs. On occasions in the past Mr Justice Ostler has'spent much time in South Africa hunting big game. He said that such holidays were now over for him. His health would not allow him to hunt any more.
