CONCESSION DURING HOLIDAY PERIOD.

The Postmaster-General announces that radio telephone rates to various countries, including New Zealand, will be halved from December 23 to January 4, 1939 inclusive, with the exception of Christmas Day, when norma! rates will be charged.
