WORK OF FRENCH MISSION. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. PARIS, December 14. The trade mission returned today after visiting Belgrade, Bucharest and Sofia, and initialling a French-Bulgar-ian agreement providing for more rapid settlement of commercial debts,-an increase in mutual trade and a revival of French investments in Bulgarian industry.
A basis was also laid for a new French-Rumanian agreement, while negotiations with Yugoslavia arrived at a modification of the existing clearing arrangement.
