HOSTILITY TO JEWS

SAID TO BE GROWING IN SOUTH AFRICA REPORTED REPRESENTATIONS TO BRITAIN. FEELING PARTICULARLY STRONG IN JOHANNESBURG. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 13. It is regarded as most likely that SouthAfrica will not participate in the refugee absorption schemes.
