CAMPING PRECAUTIONS

BE CAREFUL WITH FIRES. Campers and picnickers generally should observe every precaution when lighting fires. Care should be taken that fires are located well away from the base of any tree or any inflammable growth. No fires should be lit in forest or scenic reserves or their immediate vicinity unless fireplaces are provided for that purpose. Campers are particularly urged to extinguish all fires before leaving and to make sure that no live embers are left. A little care in this direction may save an immense amount of damage to forest that can never be replaced.
