PERMANENT TRIBUNAL IN AUSTRALIA.
ANNOUNCED BY MINISTER.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr H. V. C. Thorby) announced that the Federal Government had decided to create a permanent air court of inquiry, similar in most respects to the Marine Court. It will be presided over ' by a police or stipendiary magistrate, assisted by two experts.
