GOVERNMENT TAKING BULK OF SEATS. FASCISTS FAIL TO SECURE REPRESENTATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) BELGRADE, December 12. Though the Government and Opposititon parties respectively polled 58 and 40 per cent of the votes, their respective representations in the House, under the electoral law, will be 310 and 60. The Fascists failed to reach the minimum to entitle them to a seat.
