AGREEMENT SIGNED
GERMANY AND RUMANIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 9.0 a.m.) BUCHAREST, December 12. The German-Rumania trade agreement has been signed. It will be retrospective from October and effective for 12 months. It is estimated that twentyfive per cent of the Rumanian oil production will be exported to Germany in exchange for manufactures.
