SETTLEMENT ON TERMS,
ANTI-FRANCO POLICY ENFORCED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BRUSSELS, December 9. A settlement of the threatened Government crisis entails the Premier, M Spaak, and his Socialist colleagues submitting to party discipline and not sending an agent to Burgos and also declining to accept a decision favouring General Franco. The Minister of Education, M Dierck, has withdrawn his resignation and is provisionally collaborating with the Government.
