ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION ♦ INCIDENTAL REVELATION. PARTIAL MOBILISATION IN SEPTEMBER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) ROME, December 8. An additional sum of £14,000,000 is to be devoted to defence. The War Ministry receives £556,000 for the partial army mobilisation during the September crisis; and £56,000 for expenses in connection with the war in China. The Ministry of Marine gets £411,100 for the construction and reconstruction of warships. The Air Ministry is allotted £166,A for new construction.
It is revealed that a decree for partial mobilisation came into force on September 26.
