SYDNEY SALE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, December 8. Good general competition was displayed at today’s wool auctions, prices continuiing firm. Comebacks and crossbreds also met with a good inquiry. Greasy merino made 21-Jd. The offering consisted of 12,063 bales, of which 11,230 were sold, also 1144 privately. The average price of wool for the first three days this week was £l3 13s 5d a bale, or lid a pound.
