The strike at Le Havre is collapsing rapidly, crew r s signing on for the Normandie and other ships. Industrial workers are returning all over the country, following on the Ministry of Labour’s undertaking to arbitrate where necessary. The Union leader, Albert Thomas, who was charged with interfering with the liberty to work, has been sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
