N.Z. LOAN AND MERCANTILE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Ltd report: A small yarding of sheep was submitted to a fair attendance and changed hands at late values. We quote:—Fat wethers, 19s Id, fat b.f. 2ths, 17s 4d; fat ewes, 14s. F.C.D. COMPANY LTD. The New Zealand Farmers Co-opera-tive Distributing Company Limited, report: We offered small entries of sheep and cattle, which were cleared at the following prices:—Fat hoggets, 23s 9d; small, 16s; ewe hoggets, 30s; f.m. ewes and lambs, 11s (all counted); fat P.A. cows, £7 15s to £8 ss; s.h. bull, £6; 15 months Jersey and s.h. heifers, £3 10s; Jersey heifers, £8; store pigs, 295; weaner pigs, 255.
