STATEMENT ON RETURN FROM FRANCE. VALUABLE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, December 4. The Air Minister (Sir Kingsley Wood) on his return to London, issued a statement in which he said he had a long and valuable talk with the French Air Minister on subjects of mutual interest and had returned strengthened in his determination to see that British defences were made capable of exerting an influence more effectively towards peace.
