N.Z. LABOUR PARTY

VISIT FROM MRS STEWART, M.P. Tomorrow afternoon, the women of Masterton will have an opportunity of seeing and hearing a woman in regard to whom a considerable amount of curiosity must exist. Mrs Stewart, M.P., the member for Wellington West, who at the last election defeated one of New Zealand's oldest and most experienced Parliamentarians, Mr R. A. Wright, so long known as the member for Wellington suburbs. Mrs Stewart will address a meeting for women in the Y.M.C.A. Hall tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock and all women are invited. Mrs Stewart is stated to be an attractive and convincing speaker and as the only woman member of Parliament in New Zealand is undoubtedly an interesting personality.
