BUDGET FOR COMING YEAR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SUVA, December 1. The Legislative Council has budgeted for an expenditure of £1,090,387 in 1939. The estimated revenue is £854,148 and the estimated expenditure £847,920, showing a surplus of £6220. Expenditure met from surplus balances is £242,459. Excess evpenditure over revenue met from surplus balances is £236,239.
