WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
MEETING AT MT BRUCE. The 'members of the Mt Bruce Women’s Institute held their November meeting in the hall Mrs R. C. Campbell presiding. Reports of the Federation meeting held at Eketahuna and the formation meeting held in,the Arcade Hall, Masterton, were given by Mrs McLachlan. The demonstration for the month was “hiimpties from cheese crates.” The competitions resulted as follows: —Ginger biscuits, Miss M. Reader 1 and 2. Blooms Miss M. Reader 1, Miss I. Reader 2.
