ACCUSED FINED £75. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH. Nov. 29. Giving a reserved decision in the Magistrates’ Court, Palmerston North, today, Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., imposed a fine of £75 on Hughie James Trask, labourer and mechanic, aged 34, who was charged with using premises at 25 Rangitane Street on October 24 as a common gaming house. A further charge against Trask of publishing a double chart on August 10 was dismissed. ' The evidence in the case was heard on November 14.
