ANTICIPATION OF IMPORTANT ADVANCE. (Independent Cable Service.) LONDON, November 22. Addressing the Ely Diocesan Conference in Cambridge today, Sir William Bragg hinted that a report will be issued shortly by the Medical Research Council announcing a big advance in the treatment of cancer by radium. He mentioned the four years' work done by a scientific group, including a New Zealander, Dr T. Anthony Green experimenting with radium beam therapy in a London laboratory.
