Paris children have made a playground of the bank of the Seine beside the Hotel de Ville which was arranged as a landing stage for their Majesties during their visit to Paris in July. Here all through the holidays the children have been playing on the temporary lawns, and more than once the little ones have impersonated the royal visitors. their hosts, and the guard of honour. Kindly authorities have deferred dismantling the spot until after the return of the children to school.
