General situation: The recent deep depression has passed away to the east, and pressure is now very uniform with a slight depression over the North Island. Conditions disturbed in the Tasman Sea area. Forecast: Light to moderate and variable winds. Weather fair to cloudy at first later becoming unsettled with occasional rain in western areas. Temperatures moderate. Driving licences cost Londoners £83,000 a year, v/hile they pay more than £4,500,000:in., taxing their cars.
