Major-General Bodenschatz, a senior official of the German Air Ministry, arrived secretly by air today and had a conference with German Embassy officials. The “Daily Mail" declares that the visit, of which the British Government is officially unaware, is most significant in view of the forthcoming Anglo-French talks and probably has a commercial object. The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent says that it is officially stated that the question of colonies is not being discussed at the Anglo-French talks. ’ LIMITATION PROPOSALS. AIR & OTHER ARMAMENTS. (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, November 21. General Bodenschatz left for Germany by air. A Berlin message says it is stated that General Bodenschatz went to London with proposals from Marshal Goering for the, limitation of air forces by England, France and Germany and also the limitation of heavy artillery and poison gas, to sound the possibility of discussions between England, France and Germany on these points.
