DIVIDING THE WORLD

OR. GOEBBELS ON NAZI

HOPES OBVIOUS REFERENCE TO COLONIES. NO EXPECTATION OF EARLY CRISIS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, November 21. Because of its obvious reference to the colonial problem, some prominence is being given to a speech by Dr., Goebbels (Nazi Minister of Propaganda), on November 19, in which he said: “It does not often happen that the world is divided afresh. I am under the impression that we are living in such an historic hour. The Fuehrer must look ahead, since thence come the dangers. He must have a firm conviction that behind him marches a united nation.” Dr Goebbels added: “I can safely foretell that in the next few months no major international crisis will occur.”
