COMMON GAMING HOUSE
KEEPER FINED £5O. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON, November 21. Pleading guilty to a charge .of having used premises as a common gam-ing-house, Gabriel Bossad, aged 37, was fined £5O by Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today. The police evidence showed that accused had taken £54 12s 6d in doubles on Saturday and had not had to pay out. Another slip of paper showed that £5l 14s had been taken in bets.
