The Bratislava correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that Dr Janik, leader of the Hlinka Guard and deputy leader of the Fascist Slovak National Committee, has been arrested on a charge of abuse of his official position. > It is alleged that he kidnapped a prominent merchant and flung him int° prison on a baseless charge that he “put a price on Herr Hitler’s head.”
