MOTION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS TABLED BY GOVERNMENT MEMBERS. REARMAMENT AND SOCIAL PROGRESS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) RUGBY, November 15. A motion, tabled by over thirty Government supporters in the House of Commons, urges the need for a united National policy, to expedite rearmament on a scale “commensurate with present requirements, and to take those measures for improvement of the condition of people and the development of trade and agriculture upon wliich the prosperity and security of the realm must ultimately depend."
