ANTLWAR DECLARATION PRACTICALLY COMPLETED M BONNET ON COLONIES By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, November 15. A Foreign Office spokesman stated that terms of the French-German antiwar declaration, similar to those of the English-German pact, were practically completed, and that the new Ambassador, M Colondre, will take them to Berlin at the weekend. M Bonnet, after a conference with Mr Daladier said: “We do not wish to cede to Germany any of our colonies.”
