STATE GOVERNOR
SIR WINSTON DUGAN GOING TO VICTORIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) .(Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, November 3. It is officially announced that MajorGeneral Sir Winston Dugan will succeed Lord Huntingfield in 1939, as Governor of Victoria. Maj.-Gen. Sir Winston Dugan, K.C.M.G.. C. 8., has been Governor of South Australia since 1934.
