An article signed by Dimitrov reviewing the international situation, together with Herr Hitler's programme for the next three years appears in the anniversary issue of the Moscow newspaper, “Pravda.” “According to the calendar,” says the article, “the fate of Austria should be decided in the spring of 1938, apd of Czechoslovakia in the following autumn. Hungary will be., attacked in the spring of 1939 and Poland in the autumn. -"“~

“Yugoslavia will follow in 1940, and Rumania and Bulgaria in the autumn of that year. France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Switzerland will be attacked in the spring of 1941. “Hitler intends to attack the Soviet in the autumn of 1941. He will magnanimously offer Italy a large part of Spain, the southern regions of France, Greece, and a large part of Turkey, Syria, Palestine, and North Africa.”
