POLICE STORM PARTY HEADQUARTERS CHARGES OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. WARSAW, November 7. On the eve of the general elections, police stormed the headquarters of the National Democrats at Posen, forced the barricades, arrested 81 persons and seized a store of arms. Throughout Poland three hundred persons were arrested for illegal electoral activity. M Kowalski, leader of the Nationalists, is charged with advocating the boycott of the elections.

The Polish general elections were to have been held on Sunday. A message published yesterday stated that the electoral law prohibits political parties, but the old Socialist Peasant and Nationalist adherents have decided to boycott the election and the Government, realizing the deep-seated opposition, is certain to amend the law after the election and restore the system of democratic Parliament. ELECTION RESULTS. LEADEDS OF GOVERNMENT RE-ELECTED. (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) WARSAW, November 7. The election figures are not yet available. The Premier, M. F. Slawoj-Skladow-ski, the Vice-Premier, M. E. Kwiatowski and the party chief, General Skworczinski were re-elected. The Premier declares that he is satisfied with the result.
