GERMANY SHOWING ACTIVE ENTERPRISE (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, November 6. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Jerusalem correspondent says Germany is most active in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. The Irak-Syria road, planned under German inspiration, provides one of the links from Berlin to Bagdad. An oil concession to Germany in South Irak is under consideration.
