PROCEEDINGS BY DIVORCED WIFE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LOS ANGELES, November 5. Diane Rubini testified in court that the musician Jan Rubini had failed to provide support for their 21-year-old daughter, who is ill and needs an operation. She declared that he had recently halved the 125 dollars a month allowance which she had received since their divorce in 1938. Rubini has been summoned to appear in answer to the charges.
