« CONSIDERABLE ADDITIONS TO STRENGTH. DESTROYERS & SUBMARINES ’ORDERED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) ISTANBUL, November 3. Kamal Ataturk is announcing in the National Assembly a vast reinforcement of the Turkish Navy. It is understood that he is ordering three destroyers and four submarines from Britain and four submarines from Germany, with further orders in the future.
