On the eve of the anniversary of the two years’ siege, the city was very severely shelled. Fifteen persons were killed and forty-two wounded. RAID ON VALENCIA. BRITISH STEAMER BOMBED. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) VALENCIA, November 3. The British steamer Stanburn was hit during an air raid and is leaking. There were no casualties.
