Hiss Nelle Scanlan will be a guest of honour 'at the St Mary’s College Old Girls’ Association annual reunion dinner at the Empire Hotel, Wellington, tomorrow night. Miss Scanlan is an ex-pupil of the Convent of Mercy. Miss Nellie Birt, who spent her childhood in Pahiatua, and now of Sydney, is revisiting relations in New Zealand. Accompanied by Mr and Mrs J. Juno, Wairarapa, she renewed acquaintances with Pahiatua friends this week.
