FORTNIGHTLY MASTERTON i SITTING. There was a light list of police and by-law cases at today’s sitting of the Masterton Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M. For carrying a load on a lorry in excess of the specified weight, F. E. Allen was convicted and fined £1 and 10s costs. H. C. Henderson was fined 5s and 12s 6d costs for allowing stock to wander.
