The first milk bar was opened in London two and a half years ago. Now there are 1200 throughout England. A sum of £1,500,000 has been required to equip and launch these bars, in which over eight gallons of milk were sold last year, compared with less than half that the year before.
Officers of the Spanish Nationalist Army, exploring “Los Murciolagos Caves” at Zuheros, Corbada, discovered a fossilised skeleton surrounded by earthenware vessels. The skull appeared to nave been broken with an axe. According to Senor Taragena, Director of the Archaeological Museum, the skeleton dates from 3000 B.C.
