Scott and Mrs KirbyGreen hope to take off from Gravesend on November 7, taking advantage of moonlight. Half-hour stoppages are planned at Aleppo, Karachi, Allahabad and Singapore. The aviators hope to reach Australia in two days' flight. It was reported last week that Mr C. W. A. Scott and Mrs Kirby-Green would attempt to break the record for a flight from England to Australia, using the D.H. Comet which won the Melbourne Centenary Air Race.
