ORCADES AT WELLINGTON (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Orcades arrived off Point Halswell shortly before 8 a.m. and was boarded and berthed by the Harbourmaster, with the assistance of a tug. The passengers were soon off on various excursions about Wellington and its hinterland. The Orcades is herself open to inspection at a small charge in %id of the Missions to Seamen.
