LATE ARCHBISHOP’S GOWN. PRESENTED TO HON W. NASH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. When the Minister of Finance, the Hon W. Nash, appears at functions where it is incumbent on him to wear the regalia of a Doctor of Laws the honorary degree conferred on him at Cambridge University—he will don a gown with an interesting history; The gown is that of the late Archbishop Julius, who also held an honorary doctorate of laws of Cambridge. The gown was presented to Mr Nash by representatives of the Julius family yesterday and Mr Nash wore it foi the first time at the memorial service to the Archbishop. “It was a great honour and I deeply, appreciate it,” said Mr Nash. v ... . ■ ’
