INTOXICATED MOTORIST
FINE OF £25 IMPOSED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, October 20. Michael Hogan, who admitted being intoxicated while in charge of a motorcar, was fined £25 and costs by Mr H. Morgan, S.M., today. It was stated that the accident from which the charge arose occurred two months ago when defendant lost control of the vehicle, which ran off a bridge into a hedge. Hogan received a severe fracture of the right arm.
