The British United Press correspondent at Vienna says groups of civilian youths have embarked on night-long house-to-house terrorism in the Jewish quarters, smashing windows, breaking down doors, slitting bedding and destroying soup kitchens. Splintered glass was thrown into boilers, with the result that impoverished Jews are without food. Scores are threatened with eviction from their flats. The police allege that those arrested after the attack on Cardinal Innitzer belong to a secret Catholic organisation, the existence of which the Catholics deny. . . .
