PARTIAL EVACUATION OF HANKOW RICKSHAW COOLIES DEPART. FIFTEEN THOUSAND & THEIR FAMILIES. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) HANKOW, October 19. The evacuation of 15,000 rickshaw coolies, with their families, in the dead of night, has left the city without the popular means of transport. Some 4,000 civilians have also left for the interior. The city is now virtually isolated.
