AN AUSTRIAN ECONOMIST AND POLITICIAN (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, October 17. Obituary:—Karl Kautsky, the Austrian economist and politician, who was exiled as a Marxist. He was widely known for his war history, in which he blamed the Kaiser as being chiefly responsible.
